About this house rental
Our lake home is on a private road with a tranquil setting on Sugar Lake. This home is only 30 minutes from Grand Rapids or 10 minutes from Remer. Sugar Lake is a beautiful setting for lots of summer activities. (Boating, fishing, swimming, pontoon and kayaking). Some outdoor games are provided as well. Fire pit with wood. The sunsets are breathtaking on this west facing property. This lake home has three bedrooms (one queen and two double). Two living rooms, one with a pullout couch. One queen air mattress and one full size air mattress. Many board games to choose from. Smart TV for movies . Bring your own or choose from the many provided. WIFI also!

The lake house was amazing and the owner was great to work with. My son and grandson enjoyed the fishing too! The yard and views of the lake were beautiful. Thank you Tammy, we had a great time. Enjoyed all the nature ( animals) that we got to see too!! Pam and family

This house is amazing! We were so impressed with the accommodations. It is set very far back away from other cabins, but has a beautiful and welcoming presence. There were barely any mosquitoes, which we found very surprising up north. The house is set up perfectly for a family or even a couple’s retreat. The deck had the most spectacular view of the lake and we watched the sun set every night. There is a loon family living on the lake and they make the most beautiful sounds. We would highly recommend staying at this cabin for a relaxing and fun adventure.

Our family had a lot of fun relaxing by the lake, taking the kayaks out, paddleboat and fishing. We weren't really able to swim because it was a little weedy but all of the other stuff made up for it. Tammy was very accessible and easy to work with. We caught lots of Northerns and bass. The lake did not have a lot of boat traffic, which we enjoyed. It was a great place to stay!
