Cozy House in Cannigione

Good place with interesting features. Great outdoor space, with a washing machine and line. Nice peaceful location in the mountains, with cool views. There is AC though we didn't need to use it. Very spacious all round. Really great place to be able to hang out in the day/evening as a family. There was an umbrella and bucket and spade for the beach. The kitchen is really cool and unique, though it doesn't have loads of storage so you have to leave your dry foods out on the sides. It would be nice to have more/a bigger sharp knife for food prep, and some basic scissors. There's lots of good quality pans, and seasoning/spices to use for cooking.

Overall we really liked our stay, so some of this is personal preference rather than criticism. The directions are not very clear and it's a difficult road up to the property. Our automatic car wouldn't go up the road in front of the house and we had to go up an alternate one with one with other properties and a dog barking that, at first, didn't seem like we could access, so arrival was stressful. Although the mattress seemed to be memory foam, I found that and the sofa hard and not very comfortable to sit/sleep on. It would be nice to have some hooks to hang coats, gowns, extra towels on. There's a dog that lives nearby and comes up to the house. Something to be aware of if you are afraid of dogs.

This is rather a unique and lovely place to stay. It is 2.4 km from the town on Cannigione which has a couple of very good supermarkets. The house is in a very quiet location - with views of the amazing rocks and hills around you. The home is spacious with its quirky separate kitchen area. The whole home is decorated in what we guess is a tradional Sardinian style. We stayed for 5 nights which allowed us the chance to explore the beaches around this part of Costa Smerelda. It was very useful to have a washing machine and clothes line. The home also has a beach umbrella which we borrowed each day. We were welcomed upon arrival and given lots of good recommendations of the host's preferred beaches.

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist einmalig. Man hat eine fantastische Aussicht auf das umliegende Bergland. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die bauliche Abtrennung der Küche vom Wohnbereich ist sehr cool. Die nächsten Orte sind mit dem Auto innerhalb von 10 Minuten schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sehr genossen. Auch die überdachte Terrasse ist toll. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und es hat alles problemlos geklappt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Es hat an nichts gefehlt.
