About this house rental
Our lovely mountain home, with a filtered view of the lake, welcomes you with plenty of room for one, two or multi-generational families. Enjoy our home's warm and charming mountain style with comfortable furnishings, lots of light, decks front and back with a popular Great Room floor plan. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac and backing up to a fairway on the Mountain Golf Course, we are just 5 minutes from town, to hiking trails, the beach, golf courses and the Hyatt Casino.
There is a Queen Suite on the main level and an additional Master Suite upstairs, separated by a long hallway leading to two more Guest Bedrooms. The Twin Bedroom has a carpeted hideaway loft, reached by ladder, where kiddos love to sleep as an alternative to the twin beds. The fourth bedroom has a king-sized bed and a small loft, also accessed by a ladder.
Our kitchen has high-end appliances and plenty of cookware to satisfy any chef. For large groups, the dining room table seats 10 with 4 more at the kitchen island. Surprise - the dining table converts to a pool table for after-meal fun! There is also a Den/Game Room with TV, DVD, books and board games. A sleeper sofa makes this room an additional bedroom if needed!
On the back deck, overlooking the open backyard and golf course, you will find a Weber Grill, hammock and deck furniture for relaxation and casual meals during the warmer months.
We have an attached, 2-car garage which you may use, and there is additional room on the driveway for 2 or 3 more vehicles. The garage also has an electronic dartboard on the wall.
We have beach chairs, a cooler, a couple of blow-up boats, snow toys, two sets of golf clubs and many other items which we are happy to share.
