- Your safety matters. This property features 15 exterior surveillance cameras. Camera 1 is located on the downstairs deck, camera 2 is at the downstairs exterior door, camera 3 is inside the garage, camera 4 faces the hot tub, camera 5 is on the upper deck, camera 6 is located by the side door to the playground, camera 7 is in the owner's storage room, camera 8 is outside the garage, cameras 9 & 10 face the driveway, camera 11 & 12 face the playground, camera 13 faces the front stairs, camera 14 is a doorbell camera on the front door and camera 15 is a doorbell camera on the downstairs door. All cameras are outward facing and do not face any interior spaces. The doorbell cameras record sound and all cameras record video when activated by motion

Excellent property for our family. The grandkids enjoyed the swing set outside and plenty of room inside for everyone to spread out. The property owner was very accommodating, setting up an extra crib, etc. The backyard setting was wonderful.

We were in Tahoe for a family reunion. We have been visiting Tahoe for over 50 years as a family and are very familiar with the area. The Tahoe Fun House was perfect for my immediate family of 6 including my 88 year old mother. We were a little overwhelmed at first with all the new city and county regulations and the 17 page check in instructions but the house was very comfortable and very well stocked. It was conveniently located to all amenities and there was plenty to do at the house itself (hot tub, pool table, etc). It was a bummer that IVGID was not issuing passes this year to the private beaches but fortunately my sister owns a house a house in Incline so we were able to access the beaches nearby. The homeowner has all the kitchen cabinets labeled which helped us keep everything in its place as the owner requested. We especially loved the outside deck and having the family over for dinner. The children’s playground set was a hit with the little ones. There were also plenty of “extras” for little ones such as cribs, toys, movies, high chairs, booster seats, etc). We really enjoyed our stay and Noel was very accommodating.

The house was clean and well supplied. Lots of luxury amenities, but lacking in some important areas. The house features 3 bath tubs multiply washers and sinks and relies on an insufficient Hot Water heater. Constantly ran out of hot water! The house needs and appropriate sized On demand heater. The sound systems are 10 years out of date. Bluetooth is not expensive! I would also recommend smart led light for the whole house. Lastly is the dozen + cameras on the house. I can understand the convince and added security of the system, but they went to far or not far enough. It made me and my guests uncomfortable using the hot tub and patio. There was no other way to turn them off besides turning the WiFi off. Over all, with a few improvements, I would recommend the Tahoe fun House.
