About this apartment rental
The bedrooms are very quiet and cozy. They both have comfortable queen size beds, TV, sheets and towels and large bay windows facing east. The guest bedroom has closet with chess of drawers and a detached guest bathroom with tub and shower.
The 3rd smaller bedroom has a full size bed and overlooks same patio as master bedroom. There is minimum storage for guest.
The master bedroom has a closet with private bathroom, tub and shower. It has a large window and sliding glass door which opens out to a wonderful large sunny patio with plants and view of tall trees and some city scape. This Patio is shared with the 3rd bedroom.
Each bedroom accommodates up to 2 people. Check out is 10 am but I am flexible for a later check out, at 1pm as long as there are no new guests checking in right after.
WIFI is included.
Guests have to pay additional for cable TV on demand.
Please light cooking. Ok, to make sandwiches and preparation of salads or boiling water for tea or coffee, for eggs or pasta, or heating food in microwave.
For longer stays over 90 days, cooking is allowed.
No smoking on premises.
No other guests allowed besides the booked guests without written approval by the host.
No additional furniture or equipment is allowed into unit without written approval by host.
No changes to the furniture, internet, wifi or cable without written approval by the host.
Parking is available for 1 compact car (very small) side by side with neighbor in a designated space. There is a bus stop for Bus #30 half block away. It takes you through a direct route to Ghirardelli Square, Fisherman's Wharf, Little Italy, China town, Financial District, the famous downtown Union Square, Bart and train stations. The home has easy freeway access to the airport, Silicone Valley, East Bay, and Marin. (Airport is approximately 30 to 45 minutes away).
This condo is walking distance to Chestnut, Union and Fillmore streets. Pacific Heights, Union Square, Russian Hill, Polk, and Union Street, the best shopping areas, restaurants/ bars, movie theaters, banks, post office. Easy street parking.
I am also interested to rent for 2 months or more, to renters that are quiet, considerate, non smokers, clean, responsible, casual social drinkers, and don't bring party home.
I am female born outside the US, quiet, non smoker, clean, professional, athletic, interested in the arts, dance, skiing.
I traveled in many countries all over the world and lived abroad.
I am multi lingual, interior designer. I would be very grateful if you would please respect my belongings and do not move furniture around.
Handicap accessibility is limited in the apartment as bathrooms have tubs no grab bars and no roll in showers. There are no steps inside the apartment.
For longer stays, small, no barking, well trained behaved dog is allowed case by case with owner's approval and an additional pet fee and security deposit.
A fee of $250 will be charged for any lost keys.
Neighborhood overview:
The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, sunny and light, located one block from the Palace of Fine Arts, the St Francis Yacht Club, Crissy Field Beach (famous for windsurfing) and is also walking distance to the Golden Gate Bridge, Presidio Park, Walt Disney's museum, hiking trails, Fort Point and Fisherman's wharf. This is one of the absolute best, safest neighborhood in the city. Few blocks away are the buzzing Chestnut and Union Streets, fun friendly shopping areas filled with small family operated cafes, restaurants, bars, delis, market, banks, pharmacies, boutiques, theaters and bus stops for transportation all over the city.
Getting around below the home, There's the Muni bus stop that will take you straight to Union Square going through and close to the areas of Ghirardelli Square, Fisherman's Wharf, Coit Tower, Little Italy, China Town, South of Market area, Soma Museum, Yerba Buena Center of the Arts and main train station. Besides the muni buses, the Taxis, Uber or Lift are also great way to get around the city and across the bridges. The bus system is great and affordable. It costs approximately $3 for a 3 hour window which can take you all over the city. The cable cars are close by and are a good way to visit famous Ghirardelli, Nob Hill area, the Buena Vista bar famous for their Irish coffee and Union Square. Pets might be allowed, However only non-barking, well trained dogs are allowed, case by case.
