Fantastic place to stay!!!

What a great place to stay!!! First of all the hosts/owners are friendly, do everything to make your stay a great experience, and make you feel at home. The location is awesome, and the views over the lake are magical. Rooms are modern, clean with all the things you need for your stay. Breakfast is really good with fresh food which you take on the terras overlooking the lake. And last but not least, you can make a reservation for dinner at only EUR25 pp and you get a 4-course home-cooked meal Italian style.... they should charge more...

Relaxing stay with a gorgeous view

A heaven on earth! We regret that we haven't stayed longer. The hotel is brand new, you can always communicate with owners directly, they are very nice people The room was very comfortable and well designed, with private terrace which we really loved The view is breathtaking Food served there is very good, you don't even need to go outside :) Getting there is not difficult, just double-check suggested route by Google Maps twice, better in satellite view, sometimes it suggest weird route when close to the hotel (like last kilometer) And hey, owners have lovely dog there, hope to see you guys next year!

Fantastic location. The view fromn the rooms and the other buildings is simply breathtaking. The agritur is a very rare combination of very high attention to the customer and a family-based place. A place for sure to come back, also thanks to the veyr comfortable rooms

Very hard to find something I did not like. I have only one suggestion: the terraces outside of the rooms are fantastic for remote working. Some electric plugs to charge the laptops would make them even better.

Everything was great. If I have to say something; a mini fridge and/or some glasses for drinks could be useful since the terrace is perfect for a lunch or aperitivo.

Superb

Very nice location with wonderful view over the lake. The place is very small and homie (only 7 rooms) and silent, perfect for relaxing weekend. Lucia is wonderful host, very attentive and welcoming. Rooms are perfectly clean, maintained on a daily basis. On the breakfast there are homemade cakes. As well you can have a dinner on the terrace with amazing view, menu is tiny but very tasty.

The last 500 meters to the place are not very obvious, so better to call in advance to ask for a proper way. Wi-fi is not very strong as well the net coverage. As well since you are in the nature be careful opening the doors to patio - insects and lizards could be very interested to enter the room, and there are no moskitos nets. Not a lot of space for clothes, however enough for a short stay.

Un posto da favola ed una struttura curata nei minimi dettagli, peccato non avere avuto tempo a sufficienza per godersela, ma ritornerò sicuramente. Presenza della ricarica elettrica da 10kw. Un plus non da poco. Ottima colazione, che mi hanno preparato alle 6.30 anche se sarebbe di norma dalle 8.00, grazie per la disponibilità!

L'acqua calda in doccia è arrivata solo dopo diversi minuti ma erano le 6.00 di mattina e forse non era programmata ancora per essere pronta per quell'ora...

De locatie is zeer mooi. De gastvrijheid en vriendelijkheid is zeer groot.

Het enige wat beter kan is het ontbreken van een kast in de kamer. Er staat wel een bureau. Misschien kan die vervangen worden door eeen opbergmoglijkheid.

Schöne Unterkunft mit gigantischer Aussicht!! 🙂

Die Unterunft ist sehr familiär geführt,sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind klein,aber sehr sauber und funktional ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Terasse oder einen Balkon mit gigantischen Ausblick! Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Jeden Tag gab es etwas selbstgebackenes und der Kaffee schmeckte super! Es gab ausreichend Parkplätze. Jede Etage hatte einen Kühlschrank,in dem jedes Zimmer sein eigenes Fach hatte! Es gibt einen kleinen Welnessbereich,der Abends geöffnet ist,wir haben ihn allerdings wegen den hohen Außentemperaturen nicht genutzt! Lucia und ihr Team waren sehr freundlich,hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Keine Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Nähe,man brauchte zu Fuß mindestens 25 Minuten. Der See ist zu Fuß schlecht zu erreichen,da man hauptsächlich auf der Hauptstraße laufen müsste,daher ist bei dieser Lage ein eigenes Auto empfehlenswert!

Unvergesslich schön

Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll. Es war einer der schönsten Aufenthalte bisher. Ein so liebevoll geführtes Haus, das merkt man einfach an jeder Ecke. Wir hatten das Glück die Suite zu bekommen und der Ausblick war einfach atemberaubend. Aber auch von der Terrasse beim Frühstück oder vom Wellnessbereich, man schaut immer auf die herrlichen Berge und den wunderschönen Caldonazzo See. Wir haben die Gegend mit den Rädern und zu Fuß erkundet und waren einfach nur begeistert. Die Menschen hier sind einfach zufriedener und freundlicher. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!! Vielen Dank Lucia und Igor für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub bei euch!! 🥰

Die Ruhe, der Ausblick, die familiäre und unkomplizierte Atmosphäre, das gesunde und vielseitige Frühstück, die Grosszügigkeit der Gastgeber-Familie, die saubere und wunderschöne Infrastruktur mit Wellness, und alles eingebettet zwischen zwei Seen in unmittelbarer Nähe, und doch abseits vom Rummel... das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist nicht zu übertreffen!
