Situated on the outskirts of the main Town, it is a well-kept and easily accessible area, Blaenau lies at the centre of Snowdonia National Park that’s full of exciting things to do everyday all within a 20 mile radius of the home.
The views from the property are of rugged mountains beautiful in colour in the sunshine and Moody and dark in the rain. an ever changing landscape. The area is generally quite quiet and is just a 5 minute walk to Town.

This really is not what it says on the tin, full of surprises it is an old cottage thats been reinvented so when you close the door and step inside it’s magic! if you love locations like this, it's wild, romantic with incredible walks practically everywhere, everywhere you can see you can walk and then to stay in a comfortable warm dry home from home..can't beat it!

Close to major tourist attractions, Porthmadog and Betws y Coed, central to everything that's exciting to do, it is also a most relaxing place if you really just wish to sit read and sip a glass of wine , cook in the fabulous kitchen not wanting for anything, so just relax and look at the panorama. Maybe bird watching from the balcony, this certainly has the wow factor!

It's on 4 floors, walk into the welcoming hall into the open-plan large kitchen dining and sitting room then down the hall to the sun room with balcony off, while away the hours here.

Good food: There is a nice venue Cellb and a good pub under a miles walk or a very short bus ride to just by the steam railway station.

Very spacious and relaxing accommodation. Lovely outdoor areas to enjoy the views and very comfortable and well furnished indoors too. The bedrooms are very comfortable with plenty of room for our group. The kitchen is well equipped and the large dining table was ideal when we ate in. The town has a few pubs, cafes and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The food at Queens Hotel was very good and the Y Manod was great for a drink. The cottage was a good base for touring the area and visiting Portmeirion. Zip World and the Titan 2 slate mine attraction is minutes away and recommend too.

Best in Blaeneau Ffestiniog!
This deceptively spacious terraced house easily accomodates 6 guests over 4 floors and a large kitchen, 2 lounges, 2 terraces, 3 TVs and 2 bathrooms ensuring no squabbling! Just 400 level yards to 2 supermarkets and BF is centrally placded for trips to Bedgellert, Portmeirion, Barmouth and Anglesey. Hostess Sallie is very helpful.
