About this house rental
The home is located at Sunrise Racquet Club, a gated community, 2.2 miles from either Palm Springs airport or the center of Palm Springs.
The complex is 44 acres of green belts, walkways, desert landscaping and ponds with waterfalls and fountains. It contains seven tennis courts, six salt water pools/hot tubs, two racquet ball courts and a clubhouse.
The condominium ia a single floor unit(no steps) that sleeps 4 in a two bedroom, two bath arrangement at 1272 sq ft. It is situated away from the busy street(Sunrise Way) but close to the entry/exit gate.
The home has two outdoor patios , one facing East overlooking the pond and fountain on the right and the pool/hot tub 50 steps away on the left. The other is an enclosed patio that faces West overlooking the mountains. It has a table, chairs, umbrella, and a propane gas BBQ grill.
Inside, the master bedroom has a king bed facing a 32" flat screen T.V. It has a mirrored wall and the looks over the East patio. Connected is the master bath that has been tiled including the double shower which is enclosed by a glass block wall
The 2nd bedroom has a mirrored closeted wall and a queen size bed connected to the second bath with a combination tub/shower. It overlooks the west patio.
The kitchen has updated appliances. Refrigerator, cooking surface, microwaves(2), convection oven, dishwasher and near by clothes washer and dryer.
The central living area, which has been done with Mexican paver tiles and area carpets, has a dining table seating four and is connected to an area with a leather sofa, loveseat, and chair centered before a 55" 4K smart T.V. with sound bar. It has sliding glass doors leading to the East patio and pool.
