About this villa rental
Bramasole Villa is a jewel perched on the waters edge located on a private cul-de-sac at Pelican Bay with the beach just steps away from the pool gate.The villas central location is in close proximity to all the fabulous restaurants and beaches the island has to offer. The seaside patio is the perfect place to enjoy the serenity of the tropical breezes while gazing at the panoramic views of St. Martin. Two spacious master king bedrooms in the main house open onto a covered veranda where the the second bedroom has it's own entrance. The third queen bedroom is separate from the main house with it's own ocean view terrace. All bedrooms have full ensuite bathrooms with showers and Flat screen TV 's in the master and second bedroom. Air conditioning is available throughout as well as wifi. Tuscan inspiried decor welcomes guests to relax into paradise...This villa is perfection!

This trip was supposed to be very relaxing and quiet. I wanted to rate this house a 3, but the property manager's (Michelle) efforts gives it a 4. There were several issues with the house during our stay. Michelle did what she could to make it better.-The house is very nice looking, with plenty of space. The house is at the end of a dirt road with a neighbor on one side, and a beach on the other. There's a nice view of St. Martin. -Our first full day was a pool day. A bee swarm was on one end of the pool, making the steps off limits (they were there the entire stay). That evening, I took a shower, and there wasn't any hot water. We were told the water needed to run a bit to get hot. I had let it run for 10 minutes prior to getting in, and it ran the duration of my cold shower. It never got warm. -The next day was a repeat pool day. This time, I came in for a shower, and there wasn't any water, anywhere in the house. The gardener was sent over to see what he could do. He basically hit the water pump several times, and it started working again. I was able to take a cold shower. The next day, the hot water heater was replaced and worked well.-Then, a rodent crawled into the aircon and broke it. That had to be repaired by my husband, broke again, and was fixed with expanding foam. -We were there during a brush with Hurricane Erin. Several of the cupola windows leaked. One storm shutter couldn't be lowered due to corrosion. I know things break. This was just a lot.

The house is beautiful and the setting/location is spectacular. Amazing sunrises and sunsets, semi-private beach, secluded but easy access to the whole island. The pool and views were awesome and the caretakers very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend you stay here!

This was our 2nd year at Villa Bramasole So convenient to our favorite beaches and restaurants We love morning coffee on the porch and happy hour around the pool!Already booked for a month next year!The housekeeper Dawn is wonderful !Love escaping the cold weather of Maryland in the winter!
