“Dolphins is built on the rocks some forty feet above the unspoiled hidden gem of Sandy Hill Bay " From my gallery I can see St. Martin stretched out to the Southwest, while to the South lies the uninhabited island of Tintamarre. To the South East are the hills of St. Barth’s. On a clear day I can see St. Eustatius and even St. Kitts.” This excerpt is from Fire Fire by Colonel Henry Howard the last Colonial Governor of St. Kitts, Nevis and Anguilla, 1955- 1965, who built this Villa as his “dream home". He picked this spot for its privacy, and spectacular views of the neighboring Islands .This -of-a-kind home is a traditional Caribbean West Indies Villa with a modern but relaxed and comfortable feel throughout the home .We private access to the beach from a path only steps away from the house.! Upon arrival down the walkway you are greeted with absolutely stunning view of Sandy Hill Bay !
There is over 2000 sq feet of outdoor terrace and patio surrounding the swimming pool with lounge chairs and tables for enjoying relaxing meals and cocktails!This villa is truly unique because of the privacy and tranquilty of your own beach that is just a few steps away.We designed this villa to bring the outdoors in with doors that open up fully in the livingroom and diningroom to enjoy the beautiful carribean breezes and unbelievable views of the carribean sea from everywhere!!!
The kitchen is fully equipped with a hanging pot rack ,glassware ,cooking utensils ,dishwasher center island cooktop and wall oven.There is also grill on the terrace for barbeques.
Each of the 4 bedrooms have private baths and all new furniture with flat screen TV's.The master bedroom has a wonderful private terrace overlooking the sea and another patio on the garden side.
There are many villas to choose from in Anguilla, but none have the beauty of this unique location and views. As one of the locals who worked on this villa stated one day "wow what a view you have from here and great location. "

Our stay here was AMAZING! Our family enjoyed being on the beach and the pool. Carol was fabulous with communication and helping us throughout the entire process. Super helpful. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Dolphin Villa. The house was laid out perfectly, every bedroom was quaint and had it's own unique charm. Amenities were plentiful and the pool was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again. Also very easy to get to off the main road, but all you hear is water and surf, no traffic. And of course the million dollar view was spectacular!

Just a beautiful property, the primary suite was gorgeous as was the rest of the bedrooms. Carol was phenomenal to deal with and we had a wonderful time. Thank you for everything!!

The location of this property is nice and private but we were disappointed with the upkeep and maintenance of this property. The bathrooms in two of the bathrooms had significant plumbing issues with one always emitting a seeer gad smell and the other needing a toilet plunger everytime you flushed it. The refrigerator in the kitchen.was not staying vold which tequired us to walk back snd forth to the back refiThebeach chairs that were provided were i
