Clean and spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo steps to the Sun Ridge Pools, Tennis, Pickleball, basketball & gym. Short walk to the Freeman Stage. Accessible by elevator, this 2100 sq ft condo offers spacious single-story vacation living, with an open living, dining and well-equipped kitchen, 2 master bedroom suites with large private bathrooms, bunk room and queen bedroom. All bedrooms have smart tv's.
Great spaces continue outside, with the resort condo's screened porch, which overlooks the Sun Ridge pools.
Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Parking: 2+, including one under the building and more in front. Non-smoking. No pets allowed.
Extras: 5 flat-screen smart TVs capable of streaming -TV with video games and VCR with lots of movie choices in Bunk room, gas fireplace, high speed wireless Internet.

Tammy is a super responsive host, which I really appreciated. The condo is spacious and still feels private. All 4 bedrooms are spread out so that everyone has privacy. The sun porch is a delight with enough comfortable seating for 6. To access the Sun Ridge pool, we just walked across the street, which was so nice. All lights, appliances, etc., worked in the condo, and the reserved parking in the garage was also a plus. Having previously stayed in single-family homes at Bayside, I was a tiny bit nervous about renting a condo, but I would not hesitate to rent one again. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Bayside! The condo was perfect for our blended family of teens and a toddler, and it was located in the perfect spot! We hope to be back again soon!

The condo is exactly as listed. Clean, easy check in, close to everything Bayside has to offer! Layout perfect for a family with littles or multiple families staying together! Easy walk to sunridge pool and a park. Right near Freeman stadium for concerts. Tammy was a pleasure to work with. Communication was easy and this condo was perfect for our family! We hope to book again next year!

This location was perfect for our pandemic getaway. We came pretty tired, except of course the energetic two kids. The home had the perfect thing for that - lots of space, a covered patio, a game room which we let be our kids 'area', bunk beds which our 5 and 7 year old loved. Three good bathrooms. Very big pool (with separate kid's pool) located a literally across the street from the building, with a little cafe which took care of at least one daily kids meal. HUGE Jacuzzi for adults, tennis courts with lessons and clinics for all, kids' activities (we did the tie dye), workout classes daily including water aerobics, very roomy condo with rooms located apart from each other which made finding a quiet corner easy. Very good restaurants and ice cream a <10 min drive or delivery away. Shout out to these excellent restaurants: Just hooked, Our Harvest, Fox's pizza den (probably one of the best burgers I've had in a while), The Blue Scoop ice cream. The host was fantastic and fully responsive to our questions. Our only complaint was that the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable for my husband and I, but no complaints from the kids. I couldn't sleep with him because one of the beds was like an inflatable mattress - each time he tossed I felt bounced around :). We would stay here again in a heartbeat, though. Great place and great location, good people. Thank you Tammy.
