A cosy apartment, totally renovated in 2019, for one couple or for a family/group of three people! As you walk in, you find yourself in the open plan kitchen and studio room. At your right, you come across the double bed as well as the convertible sofa-bed, which can accommodate a third person.
The kitchen includes: oven, refrigerator-freezer, sandwich maker, coffee machine and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal.
On your left, there is the bathroom which includes a washing machine.
Furthermore, the house is equipped with air condition for heating and cooling as well as unlimited, stable wi-fi internet connection. You will have access to the entire apartment and to its features.
PRIVATE PARKING: The apartment includes private parking area for your car! Feel relaxed and park easily at the apartment's private parking area. Private parking through a tunnel L 580 x W 220 x H 209 cm.
