We liked the cottage it was oldy worldy. It was quaint. The views from outside the property were beautiful. We liked the lay out of the cottage, it felt very cosy. It was very clean. We liked the underfloor heating. The host was lovely.

It was not central to anywhere (no helpful maps to get you to the nearest place to eat); breakfast was not included despite it being listed as Bed & Breakfast on every website (including their own), so very pricey for what was just a room in a shared home. The kettle was also placed under the bedside table (the only plug socket), but it didn't seem safe to us. When we gave constructive feedback the next day, the owners accepted the descriptions on the internet were incorrect, got a little defensive, and at one point (and over the phone), got a little aggressive. We sensed this and so calmly ended the conversation.
