Es bastante espacioso y tiene lo necesario. Muy tranquilo y se puede llegar al centro en 20min en bus o metro. Camas cómodas.
Había problemas con el acceso al edificio. Dentro todo estaba bien, pero no funcionaban los pads para los códigos, un vecino nos abrió la puerta principal al llegar porque al contactar, sólo atendía una IA. Tampoco había papel toilet y nunca lo llevaron. La cocina estaba dañada, no calentaba la vitro.

Stanza molto moderna con un bagno esteticamente molto curato. Molto simpatico lo specchio che si collega tramite bluetooth allo smartphone per ascoltare la musica. Nei Servizi è compreso Netflix con una televisione di 60 pollici davvero grande e insolito nelle trutture alberghiere o di host privati.
Con il checkin bisogna essere pratici con i dispositivi informatici. La procedura è lunga e bisogna registrare e fotografare tutti i documenti e il proprio volto tramite un programma dedicato. Non è previsto personale ad accogliete gli ospiti. La tassa di soggiorno è possibile pagare solo tramite carta di credito. Sarebbe preferibile poter utilizzare PayPal o pagare direttamente in struttura.

Pulizia: I muri pieni di polvere, insetti morti e lenzuola sporche. Per usare il bagno è necessario buttare la carta igienica sporca in un cestino anzichè del sanitario, ciò ha apportato continui odori sgradevoli. Il check-out era previsto per le ore 10.30 ma la donna delle pulizie si è presentata alle 9.45 tentando di entrare in camera.
