The staff of this hotel was so friendly and helpful, answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. This hotel really goes above and beyond to make the stay special- we came for a concert and returned to a little goodie bag on our door handle as thanks for choosing this hotel. The location is close to easy public transportation, and the neighborhood has food and shots to visit too.

Our stay at Hotel BestPrice Alcalá was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like welcome guests in a stunning hotel, not just tourists. The property is gorgeous, spotless, and ideally located. But the true gem is the staff: absolute stars who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were attentive, responsive, and cared about every detail. And the location near the airport and metro is a great bonus.
