Excellent location, right next to the centre. There is a great supermarket nearby.
The bathroom has no air ventilation, everything dries out very slow.

Excellent location of the apartment. Clean, comfortable.
The apartments are clean, comfortable and well located. The only thing is that it would be better to attach a picture to the instructions (the road to this building). There are many buildings, so it is very easy to get lost. We noticed during our stay how difficult it is to find ours, it is the farthest.)
These apartments have everything except for such trifles as capsules or some powder for the washing machine. It would also be nice to screw all the furniture or at least a screwdriver (on the principle of do it yourself). It would be nice to leave a little more garbage bags and in the bathroom too. There were no instructions for opening the washing machine itself, so we discovered that someone broke it (apparently they tried to open it).

We loved the location of the apartment. it was walking distance from all the main attractions. Even though it is located at the busy street, we didn't have any issues with the sounds since the apartment was at the 5th floor. Big tarace is a great addition. Across the house is the supermarket, bakery. When we missed iron and towels the owner delivered it really quickly.
Unfortunately, the location was the best part of the stay. The apartment, even though located in the nice, new building, was already showing really heavy usage and things were not repaired. Broken tile on the balcony (quite dangerous when you travel with kids), broker hair dryer, remote from TV didn't have working batteries, doors from the dishwasher broken. Mattresses are super soft, worth taking into consideration. The worst was that the floors were not washed and the balcony was really dirty - we notified the owner, but nothing was done about it.
