Close to barra beach

We made a reservation at “Hotel Be Loft Lounge” for the “Standard Suite” room. We arrived at around 9:00 a.m. because we had an early flight. Unfortunately, we were not granted an early check-in because our room was not ready. No problem — we were able to leave our luggage at the reception and spent the whole day in the city. When we returned to the hotel later in the evening (around 10 p.m.), we were informed that our room was no longer available. When we asked how this was possible since we had a confirmed reservation, the staff member referred to a “day-shift mistake” and said that during the “night shift” they couldn’t do anything about it. As a solution, we were sent to the hotel next door, the “Ibiza Barra Hotel,” which is managed through the same reception. The room looked nothing like what we had been looking forward to based on the pictures. For us, it was absolutely not equivalent. But since it was already late, we were exhausted from the long trip, and we already had plans for the following days, so we decided to take the room and rest there. When we entered the room, we unfortunately had to notice that it had not been cleaned. The room smelled stuffy, the bed was 'made' but not with fresh sheets, used towels were still hanging in the bathroom, and the sink was full of hair. I unfortunately forgot to check the trash out of shock. We went back to the reception and received a new room, which was clean this time. However, the TV didnt’t work. Today, on the second day, the scandal continued. During breakfast, the entire lower floor smelled like sewage. The reason was a defective pump or damage to a pipe. These things can happen, but a better communicationby the staff would be appreciated - anyway, we went out again and returned to the hotel after another long day. As we arrived, we were not allowed to enter the parking lot this time. First, they told us that “unfortunately all parking spots were full.

staff deplorable with long check in and check out; nobody speaks english and they shame you for not speaking it. cant bbuy anything once you check out. gross room that didnt feel clean that overlooked parkinglot.

The pool was nice and relaxing

The room is very basic and wasn't all that clean. The towels in my room were unclean. Also, they didn't have an option for an outlet converter. Surprisingly no one in the hotel knows how to speak English besides the bartender at the wine bar.

Loud music noise coming from the pool area every day, and the windows are not the type that will keep any noise from coming in. We could also hear all the road noise across the canal. We couldn’t really relax in our room during the day.

Nicely designed building sandwiched in between two traffic roads

The building is sandwiched in between 2 roads. One main road across the river and the poolside and a secondary road in the back of the building. If you are a light sleep, you hear the traffic, especially on the pool side beside you hear also guests talking and drinking late at night. Cleaning should be improved as well tidiness of the public areas such as the pool area , Bfast room and reception lounge ( I noticed beer bottles from the night before still on the coffee tables the morning until 10:30/11:00 ) Pool tiles and water quality shall be better cleaned early mornings. I went swimming and found few cigarettes At the moment, there is work on the roof around the pool bar, but I trust will be finished in a week or so. Impossible to rest , take a nap or read a book by the pool ( there is music most of the day, also from the neighbours, traffic noise, and small children jumping around ) Best suited for families, youngsters and party goers

noisy but would have been brilliant if it were not for the maintenance work

staff were helpful. food was good. drinks were good.

maintenance work was underway on the balcony at the pool. the noise went on all day and echoed around the pool area. this meant that it was very difficult to relax and use the pool facilities during the day. couldn’t stay more then 10 minutes before getting a headache from the noise. we were not warned about this before our stay and strongly believe we should have been warned or given a discount on our stay as we couldn’t relax there. it was quite obvious that other guests felt the same way

Exceptional

This one of best and relaxing hotels , pool it’s so great , nice music and atmosphere! Kids love it , can order food and drinks at pool bar , very convenient, all prices are totally reasonable at hotel it’s self and anything they offer ! Very close distance to beach 5 minute drive . Over all highly recommend !

The rooms are comfortable and relaxing when the music eventually stops.

The music from pool area can clearly be heard in your room from 10am until 7pm. We asked several times for it to be turned down and nothing happened. Either fit double glazing windows or respect paying guests wishes on volume control. Breakfast consisted of cheap orange juice full of sugar that is usually served for children. No tea. Filter coffee. Scrambled eggs only. No bacon. Frankfurt sausages. We stayed for several days and by the end of my trip I just stayed in bed and skipped breakfast.

The suite was fully equipped with kitchen. Room was comfortable.

The hallways had a strange odor. No safety deposit box to secure valuables. No room service.

Good stay, but...

The good location, the room space, and amenities are great and the hotel staff is very friendly.

Unfortunately, the room is smelling cigarettes that is awfully sad for those that don't smoke, so I woke up with a headache and I'm considering not staying there again. I think that all hotels must consider banning smoking people because it's bad for health and it's not a good habit.
