About this apartment rental
5 bedroom condo on the third floor of Building #3 of Residencias Reef where you'll have super views and a gentle breeze. Our unit overlooks one of Cozumel's finest beaches. Includes its own private solarium with its own built-in 8-person heated jacuzzi and palapa with wet bar.
All the Residencias Reef condos have central air conditioning, high-speed wifi, maid service, and access to a large freshwater infinity edge pool, plus a second swimming pool and SCUBA rinse tank. Close proximity to dive pier (walking distance).
We are located about 9 miles south of Cozumel's only town, San Miguel right on San Francisco Beach, the most beautiful beach on Cozumel.
Just a 5-minute boat ride to some of the greatest reefs, it's perfect for beachcombers. There's also good snorkeling just off the beach. And that beach stretches on for miles and miles so you can run or jog for as long and as far as you like.
There are several beach restaurants within walking distance that are open during the day

The size of the condo was huge. It was plenty space for 8 large adults. The house cleaner was wonderful. The owner was very responsive.The one “5th” bedroom went unused. It was on the top floor and had two very small twin beds. The stovetop does need to be replaced, it shorted out many times. All said, we’d go back!

The unit was fantastic. 5 big bedrooms and great ocean views. Had a hot tub and exercise room on the roof. Perfect for large groups and reasonably priced.

We spend 5 wonderful days overthere, the property is just beautiful, all services worked better than expected, the owner Mitchel was ready to help any time.
The overall property is first class, nice clean and amazing
