Ten miles from downtown San Miguel de Cozumel, Residencias Reef 7360 is located on one of the best beaches of the island. This penthouse condo is just a few steps from one of the two heated pools on the property and a short stroll to the wide, sandy beach. This corner condo gives you the bonus of a wraparound veranda with an ocean as well as a garden view, plus a roof-top patio to enjoy the spectacular sunsets.
Lounge under the palm trees or take a nap under a thatched-roofed palapa. You can walk for miles on the soft white sandy beach or stop at one of the restaurants nearby to taste the local cuisine. Snorkel from shore or dip in the pool; there is plenty to do here with family and friends.
Cozumel is a diverâs paradise. Residencias Reef is just minutes from some of Cozumelâs best-known dive sites and there are four piers nearby that dive boats use for pick-up and drop-off. Ask your dive operator which pier they will use.
The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room areas give you plenty of room to entertain or step out on the veranda to enjoy the garden and ocean views. The rooftop patio features a soaking tub, lounges chairs to sunbathe, and best of all, an amazing view.
