About this apartment rental
Grande Anse is the name of the beach that some refer to as the most beautiful on the island. Located a little before the entrance to the village of Deshaies, this beach more than 1 km long is a jewel of beauty in the wild. The huge terrace on which you will arrive by climbing a private staircase reminds us of the greatness of this nature. You can relax on a deckchair and enjoy the incredible view of the village and its protected bay. Upon entering the room, you will immerse yourself in an atmosphere reminiscent of the turquoise water of the Caribbean Sea.
The room is 24 m2 and includes a Queen size bed 160 high comfort, a large mosquito net with bamboo structure and air conditioning. You also have a large bathroom with Italian shower, washing machine and a separate toilet.
In the West Indies, the exceptional climate allows you to live outside all year round, so you will appreciate the large terrace of 26 m2 and its 2 deckchairs, and to prepare your meals, the kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, electric hob, coffee maker, toaster and dishes as well as a table and 2 chairs. Washing machine in the bathroom.
Access to the residence's swimming pool from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Air conditioning in the room. Free Wi-Fi. Private parking.
Parties and evenings are prohibited.

We are very pleased with our 3 week stay. The Grande Anse apt is a big open-air roofed terrace with a indoor bedroom & bathroom. The terrace has a simple kitchen, table, chairs, and 2 loungers with a terrific view! Despite several days of rain, the terrace kept us dry. It is hard to described how wonderful it is to open the door in the morning and see the view, the sea, the surrounding hills! Everyday is different. The sea is green then blue another day. The Sunsets are another highlight! The bedroom and bathroom are modern & very clean. Thierry, the agent was very nice and very quick to respond to any of our requests. The pool was welcome for an afternoon swim. The property is very well maintained. We walked into town daily for croissants & Baguette. As my husband says, 8 minutes to town and 25 minutes back!!! He is referring to the steepness of the hill. Early morning is definitely best for the climb. We loved the town of Deshaies. The locals are friendly. The restaurants are good. Our favourite for take-out: La Table D'Art. There is an artisans market every 3rd Sat of the month. A few complaints: It is hard to find information on local happenings. Tourist Office never open. Website not up to date. (Thanks to Thierry we found out about the Carnaval in Deshaies! A highlight!) Beautiful beaches but big strong waves. Not kid friendly. (Other side, St. Anne's for kid friendly beaches). We are looking forward to a return visit!

Chambre très confortable avec de belles prestations (double vasques WC séparé grande penderie climatisation et moustiquaire)
Une vue extraordinaire sur les hauteurs de deshaies dans une résidence bien entretenue et calme donnant sur une piscine
Nous avons passé 4 nuits très agréables et recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés 👌

Wir hatten 5 tolle Nächte & Tage hier in der Unterkunft. Alles ist sehr sauber und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick ist fantatstisch! Einziger kleiner Punkt ist die Küchenausstattung, die etwas mehr sein könnte und ein Tiefkühlfach - ansonsten alles perfekt ;)
