Welcome to Casa Es Pletieus in the village of Artíes!
Immerse yourself in the serenity of the mountain with our charming holiday home, designed to accommodate up to 8 people (with capacity for 6 adults) and surrounded by a private garden that blends harmoniously with the surrounding forest. Located in a privileged location, it offers you the opportunity to disconnect from the hustle and bustle and connect with nature.
From the living room and two of the bedrooms, you will have direct views of the garden and the mountainous landscape surrounding you.
Whether enjoying the sun in the garden during the summer or exploring the slopes of Baqueira-Beret just 7 km away in winter, our house offers the perfect setting for unforgettable holidays throughout the year.
Inside, you will find a practical layout on a single floor. A spacious reception area welcomes you and leads you to a recently renovated living-dining room, equipped with a generous dining table and a fully equipped open kitchen. The comfortable sofas in front of the fireplace invite you to relax, while direct access to the garden allows you to enjoy tranquillity outdoors.
The three rooms, all with built-in wardrobes, offer you a tranquil refuge after a day of adventures. The main bedroom features a double bed, panoramic views of the garden and a modern en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers two single beds and a privileged view of the surrounding natural landscape, while the third bedroom, ideal for the little ones, has a triple bunk bed and a trundle bed (4 people).
The house Es Pletieus by Totiaran has been carefully renovated to combine rustic charm with modern comforts, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you come with family or friends, our accommodation is the perfect starting point to explore all the wonders that the Aran Valley has to offer, both in summer and winter. We await you with open arms to live an unforgettable mountain experience!

For the kitchen: a basic cleaning kit, composed of a manual dishwashing single-dose, a capsule for the washing machine, a capsule for the dishwasher, a cloth and a scouring pad.
This kit is complimentary and will not be replenished during the stay.
Likewise, no food or cooking condiments (such as salt, oil, sugar, etc.) are included for hygiene and safety reasons.
Note: The internet connection in the Valley is not via fibre optic. Please be aware that the WIFI signal is low.

The refund may be made up to 10 days after departure. These periods are counted from the moment you return the keys to our offices and/or notify your departure.

Podríais mejorar de forma definitiva el tema del wifi, dado que se trata únicamente de un cambio de router (pocos euros).
También creo que ir a buscar la leña (molestias y algo coste) lo podríais manejar vosotros de forma pro
activa y que en temporada fría, los clientes ya tengan la leña en casa.
Cosas que nos gustaron:
- que la casa estuviera caliente cuando llegamos
- que las toallas y sábanas sen de calidad
- buenos colchones
- limpieza no era impecable debajo de los muebles de la cocina
- wifi
- leña
- dejar más claro que el horno es microondas
- ofrecer servicio de limpieza para alquileres de más de 5 días
- la ducha del cuarto principal traga poca agua. Si hay dos fichas seguidas, rebosa el agua

Nos ha gustado mucho el jardín, la decoración, los espacios y la limpieza.
Se podría mejorar la iluminación general de las estancias de la casa.

Apartamento muy tranquilo y con jardín en perfectas condiciones. Además dispone de un ajuar muy completo que permite sentirse como en tu propia casa.
Humedades en la habitación de las dos camas individuales.
