About this house rental
This spacious Aranese-style house is located in the upper part of Artíes, offering excellent views while still providing the convenience of being in the town center. It has 220 m2 spread over two floors, featuring a 55 m² living-dining room with a large picture window overlooking the valley, a fireplace, and a TV, along with comfortable sofas and armchairs in the living area, which features a second level with comfortable furniture and armchairs next to the picture window.
In the dining area, there is a large solid-wood table with chairs and a sideboard. The kitchen, with windows on two sides, is fully equipped with large and small appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, washer-dryer, ironing board and iron, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and a full set of kitchenware including all accessories for raclette and fondue).
The house has 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, with corresponding bedding and towels; it also includes hair dryers. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 double bedroom with 105-cm beds, 1 double bedroom with 90-cm beds, and a very large room with 2 90-cm beds and a large, comfortable double sofa bed. This room can be used as a multipurpose room; it has a TV, board games, and plenty of open space. Additionally, there are two fold-out cribs.
It can comfortably accommodate 14 people, although it also has two extra fold-out beds.
Thanks to its amenities and location, this accommodations are the ideal vacation spot for both winter and summer, as it’s not only close to the ski slopes but also near the best ski resort in all of Spain: BAQUEIRA-BERET (Catalonia). The Aran Valley offers a wide range of leisure, cultural, and sports activities throughout the year, such as hiking, swimming, horseback riding, golf, and cycling… A very picturesque Swiss-style village:

We were 13 people, adults and old teenagers, and were very confortable in this house.
The kitchen is wide, easy to make big cooking.
The table is capable to host 14 people.
Several sofa.
Good beds.
Only thing that could be improved : the heating system is a bit oversized (a bit overheating the upper rooms), and noisy during the night.

Great stay in Arties, lots of space, warm, clean and natural space for a big group (10). Would highly recommend this place and Joan was very helpful and always available for questions and accommodating of everything. Many thanks!

Chalet de grande capacité. Bien équipé. Position idéale près de la station Baqueira-Beret. Situé dans une rue calme du village d'Arties. Nous avons apprécié la cheminée après les journées de ski . Les propriétaires sont des gens charmants. Ils ont été très réactifs lorsque nous avons eu un problème avec le système de chauffage.
