Location was great, apartment was spacious for one person. Kitchen and bathroom are renovated and neat. Wifi worked well as well as air conditioning. Although central and near to restaurants, it was still quiet enough to sleep.
Collecting the key from another part of the old town was not very handy - that should be arranged in another way. The bedroom would need some paint on the walls, it was a bit shabby. In addition,, having one dishwashing tablet for one week was ridiculous - also there was too little soap and toilet paper - but I survived. For the price I paid I would have expected a little more hospitality.

The location was excellent and very central, which made it easy to explore Florence. Having air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room was a huge plus, especially as it was very hot during our stay. Communication was also excellent throughout.
The Wi-Fi could have been a little faster and the entrance to the apartment inside of the building was a little difficult to find at first, so slightly clearer instructions on where exactly the door is would be helpful.

The location is amazing!! Right in the middle of everything! Close to an amazing restaurant.
Some of the linens were not clean.

Great location and communicative owners
Apartment was filled with mosquitos upon arrival. We were covered in mosquito bites after our her night here. Shower head did not work property. WiFi kept cutting out. Also very inconvenient that they only provide one key to guests - which you need to walk to a cafe about 7 mins away to pick up and drop off before you leave.
