Disgusting.
The only advantage is that the apartments are a 7 minute walk from the station.
Disgusting. High price and disgusting services. One night costs 111 euros and you pay for bad internet, dust in the room, clogged sink in the shower and dirty toilet. In addition take into account that the bedroom windows overlook the carriageway so it is noisy both day and night.

Nice little apartment in a convenient location with a helpful host. I would book again.
Convenient location <10 min walk from train station and 15 min walk to conference center venue for my meeting. Cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores within 10 min walk. Clean and very comfortable for our 3 day conference lodgings. The host was very responsive to a couple of questions about entry and WiFi, answering my texts and questions quickly.
We slept fine, but blackout shades in the bedroom would be helpful to screen out the street lights better.

It is advisable to turn the door of the fridge. Currently it is opening to the other side from where is cooking place. It is quite easy action. plugging of the microwave is a bit messy. The double trash container would be for sure better for environment. All other is perfect.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit kurzen Wegen nach Köln
Lage ist super. Innerhalb weniger Gehminuten am Bahnhof u somit innerhalb kurzer Zeit auch in Köln. Parken hat auch gut funktioniert, allerdings ist dies etwas Glückssache. Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber. Über Funktionsfähigkeit Küche usw können wir nichts sagen, da wir wirklich nur zum Schlafen da waren u diese nicht benutzt haben. Schöne Terrasse, die im Sommer bestimmt toll ist um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Eine Empfehlung hätte ich...den Küchen- und Essbereich zu streichen. Hier sind doch diverse Kochspritzer an der Wand, die den Gesamtbild bei mir leider ein paar Minuspunkte eingebracht haben.
