Apartamento Relax in Cadiz

Lovely big, light property in an excellent position.

The cleanliness and location of the property.

You have a multitude of imposed rules—all in your favor—that you only reveal after taking the money!!! Who gives you the right to treat tourists this way?!!! I’d really like to see you disclose everything *before* taking the payment—then let's see how many customers you'd have left!!! Someone should have been there to meet us and hand over the property according to your rules! Who assesses a stain on a towel?! There were so many towels... who checked them?! Who checked the books you provide to see if a page is missing?!!! And so much more... You should have left a key for the front door in case of a power outage; there was a lack of privacy. You require prospective renters to have a smartphone with internet access!!! I am attaching a few photos for reference. If I had known your conditions beforehand, I never would have booked!!!
