Reisezeitraum: April 22, 4 Pers, 2 Kinder 14 u. 16 Tatsächlich waren wir sehr positiv überrascht über das Ensemble aus Unterkunft, Ausstattung, Lage und Preis/Leistung! Der Polanki Park mit Bj 2017 ist modern und-auch wenn ein größerer Ferienpark - keine Bettenhochburg oder Verschandelung der Landschaft, sondern eine ansehnliche Anlage. Die Lage ist perfekt: direkt an der natürlichen, bewaldeten Dünenzone vor dem Strand, so dass man in 5 Min am Strand ist. Wenn die See etwas Düngung hat, hört man im Park das Rauchen des Meeres-wunderbar, das ist Urlaub! Der Park liegt am westlichen Rand Kolbergs, so dass auch keine Störungen durch Fernstrassen oder Ballermann-Effekte drohen. Parkplätze sind reichlich vorhanden. Die Ausstattung unseres 50qm Apartments war hochwertig: Geschmackvoll gefliest, gutes Bett, Armaturen von Grohe, 2 UHD TV, moderne Schlafcouch usw. Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna im Haus sind sauber und funktional, ebenso der Fitnessraum. Zum Park gehört ein Restaurant, welches zwar keine umfangreiche Speisekarte anbietet, aber doch sehr gute Standard-Gerichte anbietet, die vom Preis nicht überzogen sind und reichhaltig portioniert sind. Im Haus hat man überall WLAN ohne Schatten. Dafür 85€/Nacht nur zu bezahlen empfanden wir als fast sensationell. Sollte man wissen: es handelt sich hier um eine Fewo-Anlage, bei denen die Appartements im Besitz von Einzelpersonen sind. Wenn über ein Portal gebucht wird, läuft der Kontakt über den Besitzer. Es gibt daher im Hotel keine Rezeption, nur eine muffelige Security sitzt am Eingang, die aber weder englisch noch deutsch sprechen möchte und auch nicht von ihren Überwachungsmonitoren aufblickt, wenn man sie anspricht. Es gibt für den Hoteleingang einen Code für die Tür, die Zimmerschlüssel hängen in Kleintresoren und die Infos dazu schickt der Besitzer via Mail oder bei uns via WhatsApp. Funktionierte, aber: wenn noch kein Daten-Roaming in Polen eingestellt ist oder man keinen Auslands-Tarif hat, dann läuft erstmal nix und mann kommt nicht weiter-in das Fewo-Wlan kommt man ja vor den check-in nicht rein.... Der Kontakt zu unserem Besitzer über WhatsApp hat gut und sofort geklappt, wenn das aber mal nicht der Fall ist gibt es nur eine Telefonnummer vom PolankiPark, kein Service-Personal vor Ort. Was wir vermisst haben: es fehlt eine Lobby mit Bar und ein Gemeinschaftsraum, so wie man es aus Anlagen solcher Größe gewöhnt ist...Einziger Kritikpunkt: max 50 Pers ins Bad, abends teils Schlangenbildung

Sehr schönes Appartement mit vielen Extras wie pool innen und außen wenn das Wetter mal doch nicht so gut ist. Kleines Fitnessstudio Auch super.
