Great property. Beautiful outdoors. A little noisy at night from street traffic. Very responsive host when little things came up.

Clean home, was exactly what we thought we would get. Disappointed that the TV in the guest house did not work. Also batteries went dead on the remote that controlled the pool and hot tub and owner told us to go purchase our own which was disappointing after we spent so much money to stay.

You guys do not want to miss out on staying here! The location is amazing and just minutes away from downtown! My family was sleeping comfortably and we had plenty of space!
One thing to make sure you do is bring a coffee pods (everyone loves coffee) or if you know how to use a Chemex you will be fine. I am not that fancy so I was hoping to have more coffee, but doesn’t take away from this being an amazing spot! Will come back soon!

Property was beautiful. Commutation with host was very poor. Tried to communicate and would wait several days before a response. On the day of arrival, lack of communication again. I messaged a couple times and finally called to get access. Previously I requested access but was told I had to wait for security reasons… which I understand, but I would expect notification from host the morning of, but instead I had to repeatedly request such. When I called, he sounded confused, gave me wrong code verbally and then said he would text me.we finally got access after check in timeframe.
The home was beautiful, but there was definitely lack of attention for the price we paid. We had asked about coffee maker, washer/dryer and grill, in advance, and after a delayed response, we were assured they were available.
I didn’t ask how they functioned, as I didn’t think I needed to.
Grill did not work. There was propane, but it did not start.
Lights at pool did not work.
One Kurig with inadequate coffee pods. French press without glass container.
Gas stove would stay on unless you removed knob.
Washer had to be put through 2 rinse cycles to drain.
Showers had shampoo but that’s it. Body wash was in the locked garage. No body sopa or conditioner.
Upon arrival, main bathroom not flushed. That made it feel dirty.
The pictures make the home look secluded but in fact, it was on a major street. Major tree trimming was happening during our stay, which was loud, and blocked access at times
