Apartment NOEMI1 Poreč-Tar with swimming pool, games room, barbecue, balcony

The newly built modern apartment, carefully furnished, NOEMI 1, suitable for families with children, is located in Tar, a small town far from the renowned tourist centres: Poreč 10 km and Novigrad 5 km. The apartment is part of a residence with 9 apartments located in three nearby structures that together form the residence.

The air-conditioned apartment is located on the first floor of the tertiary structure. The tertiary structure in front of the pool is composed of three apartments on the first floor named Noemi (1,2 and 3). The accommodation is composed of; a comfortable room with double bed (160x200), linen provided, bathroom with shower cabin, bidet, hairdryer, toilet, washbasin with mirror and locker, two bath towels per person provided, the living area has a sofa bed for two people, flat-screen satellite TV, dining table with 4 seats, equipped kitchenette; with 4 electric hobs, napa aspiartoria, fridge with freezer area (3 l), toaster, microwave, coffee machine, mocca, kettle, pots, dishes and cutlery, from the living area the exit to the balcony with table from garden and four chairs overlooking the pool area and has a beautiful view of the bell tower of the nearby church.

Guests have shared use of the swimming pool, deck chairs, sun umbrellas, outdoor shower, barbecue and garden table with Istrian stone benches, games room for small and large with a pool table, table tennis, TV, a flat screen, sofas and armchairs. The property is fenced; free public parking is located near the residence (50m).

In the structure, on request: a shared space with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The grocery store, the church, restaurant, bar, park, parking, pharmacy within 100 -250 m.
The tourist train station, which takes you to the beaches (sand, gravel and rocks) of the Lanterna tourist village (3 km from the house), is 50 m from the property. Close to the motocross track, tennis courts and horse riding centre.

Guests will receive a valid passport from the owner for entry to the Lanterna tourist village.

* We kindly ask our guests not to make excessive noise from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00 in the morning
* We kindly ask our guests to use the appliances with care
* Smoking is allowed only on the terrace; smoking is not allowed indoors
* It is possible to organise personalised transfers.

* One day before departure, we kindly ask you to announce the scheduled time of departure, to arrange the handing over of the keys. The accommodation must be vacated no later than 10 am on the last day of stay.
* We kindly ask our guests to leave empty garbage bins and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils.
* For damages possibly caused, please declare to the owner that, after a careful evaluation of the damage, the cost will be charged on the spot.
