The newly built, modern, lovingly furnished apartment NOA 1, suitable for families with children, is located in Tar, a small town only 10 km away from Poreč. The apartment is located in a residence of 9 apartments located in three nearby structures that together form the residence. In the residence, there are available for shared use the pool, deck chairs, umbrellas, outdoor shower, barbecue, and garden table with Istrian stone benches, the playroom for children and adults with pool table, flat screen TV, sofas and armchairs. The complex is fenced, and free public parking is located near the residence.
In the structure, there is a shared space with a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board.
The air-conditioned apartment is on the first floor of the main building, accessible by an internal staircase.

Consisting of a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (180x200), a safe, and an exit to the balcony with garden furniture. The balcony overlooks the pool area. The living area has a sofa bed for two people, a flat-screen satellite TV, a dining table with four seats, an equipped kitchenette, and an exit to the balcony, which is also connected to the bedroom.
The equipped kitchenette has two electric hobs, a fridge with a freezer compartment (10 l), a toaster, a microwave, a coffee machine with filters, a mocca, a kettle, pots, plates and cutlery, detergent and a sponge. The bathroom has a comfortable shower cabin, bidet, toilet paper, hairdryer, toilet, sink with mirror and cabinet.

The grocery store, the church, restaurant, park, parking, pharmacy within 100 -250 m.
A free tourist bus will be available for transport from 01.07. to 31.08. Near the autodrome, there are tennis courts and a horse riding center.

The port of Santa Marina, where you can buy fresh fish directly from the fishermen of the area, is only 3.4 km away.
The strong point of the village of Tar is the tranquility and being a few kilometers from two renowned tourist centers such as Novigrad and Poreč. The Istralandia water park just 12 km away.

Tar (Tower) is a small village of farmers and fishermen only 5 km from Poreč (Porec). In recent years, there has been significant development, with apartments and beautiful villas featuring private pools, several excellent restaurants offering typical Istrian and German menus, bars, children's playgrounds, a supermarket, tennis courts, a magnificent racetrack, a horse-riding center, and much more.

In the summer months in the country, they organize frequent and varied events that are very interesting for tourists. They organize parties, dances, tastings, and presentations of wines, olive oil, and typical Croatian menus.
In the village, you will also find a pharmacy, a dental and medical clinic, a bank, an ATM, a grocery store, and some fruit and vegetable stands.

* One day before departure, please inform us of the estimated time of departure to arrange the handing over of the keys. The accommodation must be vacated no later than 10 hours in the morning on the last day of stay.
* We kindly ask our guests to leave empty garbage bins and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils.
* Damages possibly caused, please inform the owner. After a careful evaluation, the cost of the damage will be charged on the spot.
