Great apartment, service could be better

The apartment was clean and nice, we even got the nice Italian espresso kettles. And cake.

The woman who received us could not speak a word in English.

Pobyt bardzo udany, widok z okna na ośnieżone szczyty bezcenny :)

Lokalizacja super, mieszkanie bardzo przytulne, w kuchni wszystko czego potrzeba, mikrofalówka do ew rozważenia przez Gospodarza. Łazienka bardzo fajna i funkcjonalna, suszarka w szufladzie jako dodatkowy bonus.

W ciągu dnia było trochę chłodnawo. Sofa w salonie niestety nie jest wygodna do spania.

La posizione vicino agli impianti

Pulizia pessima, siamo arrivati in tarda serata e ci siamo dovuti mettere a pulire noi l’intero appartamento: capelli e peli sui letti, fazzoletti sporchi sotto il letto, un cappello incastrato nel divano letto, soletto del forno con incrostatura di cibo e piatti sporchi con residui di cibo. Dopo tutto ciò ci è stato chiesto di pagare un sovrapprezzo per le pulizie di 30 euro. Wi-Fi non funzionante nonostante era stato garantito il servizio durante la prenotazione e avvisati dell’inconveniente solo due giorni prima del nostro arrivo, ovviamente senza possibilità di disdire ormai. Mancanza assoluta di privacy in quanto le due camere sono divise da un armadio. Segnale della Tv completamente assente senza possibilità di vedere qualsiasi canale per più di 1 minuto senza interruzione del segnale. Soggiorno pessimo non ci torneremo mai più.
