Wspaniała Gospodarz - bardzo pomocna i troskliwa. Świetna lokalizacja przy samym stoku. Wyposażenie apartamentu ok. Zdjęcia obiektu zgodne ze stanem faktycznym. Cały wyjazd zaliczam do bardzo udanych. Polecam rodzinom z dziećmi.

The apartment has a very good location, minutes from the slopes. Next to the apartment there is a restaurant with good food, there is also a grocery store nearby, which is certainly an advantage. Very nice contact with the owner of the apartment. Appearance and equipment of the apartment as in the photos. Additional plus for the possibility of coming with a dog

The whole Marilleva 1400 complex (in which this apartment is only a tiny part) lies on a mountain above the village of Mezzana at around 1200m, surrounded by pine trees everywhere. Ideal starting place for MTB tours, hikes or mountaineering from spring till autumn and for skiing, snowboarding in winter. The walk paths are well designated, you can reach beautiful lakes and mountain tops from here. A lot of Italian has a weekend apartment here as it is an ideal recreational resort.
You can reach a supermarket and restaurants (only one is open in summer) within a 2-minute walk.
There's a scheduled bus service from/to Mezzana from where you can take a train in direction of Trento or Bolzano/Bozen.
Fair to say that the apartment looks better than it is indeed: the rooms are tiny and one of the children rooms does not even have a window.. :U
Even the house rules of the apartment says: no pets are allowed! Well, at no other stay have i found so much cat/dog hair like here. The problem is that the flat was not cleaned up. (I'm not used to throw away my socks when leaving a place but i had to do this time...)
The bath is ridiculous: because of a more-than-a-meter-long wash-basin you practically cannot sit on the WC unless you are already naked - it sounds funny but it is not! In the shower you MUST BE REALLY CAREFUL! You get boiling water even if you don't want! DANGEROUS!
Lucky you when the inner side of the bed is yours in the sleeping room. For the window side better when you are Spiderman itself... When your upper neighbours are on holidays too, you can enjoy every WC flush while lying on the bed. Unfortunately! :(

Świetna lokalizacja. Schowek na narty przy garażu z którego bezpośrednio wyjeżdża się na stok. Tuż obok apartamentu bardzo dobra restauracja, najlepsza w tej miejscowości. Pani gospodarz bardzo pomocna, odpowiada na wszystkie pytania i jest uprzejma.
Brak pościeli był dla mnie szokiem. Pierwszy raz spotkałam się z takim miejscem. Nie pomyślałam nawet żeby zadać pytanie o pościel, bo nie przyszło mi do głowy, że gdzieś może jej nie być, jak w latach '90. Wynajęcie pościeli w miejscowości to koszt 25 euro za osobę. Apartament jest maleńki, jeden z pokoi ma wymiary schowka na miotły, jest tam tylko łóżko i nie ma nawet okna. W apartamencie znajduje się dużo niepotrzebnych drobiazgów, a czystość pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Miejsce parkingowe jest bardzo niskie. Mieliśmy bagażnik dachowy i nasz samochód się nie zmieścił, na szczęście właścicielka wskazała nam darmowy parking bardzo blisko obiektu.
