Agriturismo Tenute Pispisa Segesta

Never gave a 10 rating on booking before but Pispisa deserves it!! Hotels and air bnbs often felt impersonal, but we felt so at home in Pispisa. The food is fresh and delicious. Miriam’s command of English, attention to detail and empathy are superb. The rooms are spotlessly clean, big, quiet and cool, despite the scorching sun outside (we didn’t need AC to sleep!). The location is beautiful. The agriturismo is at the foot of the hill of the doric temple in Segesta, and looks magical in the golden hours. We adore the two pups Cora and Dandi who are the sweetest German Shepherds we’ve seen. We only stayed one night as we have to travel around the island, but really hope we’d come back!

Would be nice with some toiletries e.g. shampoo and body wash

It’s in a beautiful location with spectacular views of the Segesta ruins, the vineyard and surrounding countryside. The host family are warm and authentically great hosts.

The location was absolutely beautiful. So quiet and peaceful. Extraordinary views. Family were so friendly and kind. Felt very welcome and looked after. Food was lovely. A beautiful agriturismo in a stunning landscape.

What a beautiful place! The hospitality and kindness shown by Marian and her family was exceptional. The location is stunning and the room spacious and comfortable. The food was superb and an authentic experience of paddock to plate, including the farm fresh eggs for breakfast. Fantastic wine and olive oil too. Grazie Mille for your care and thoughtfulness.
