The beautiful unobstructed view of Grandfather Mountain can be admired from the swivel chairs in the living room, primary bedroom, and the deck areas. This condo is fully furnished with everything you would need for a long retreat or a short weekend getaway. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare everything from snacks to full family meals. The living room is inviting with an electric log fireplace. Curl up, get cozy and read a book, watch TV or take a nap…. the choice is yours! Guests of this unit have access to the deck from the living room or primary bedroom where they can breathe in fresh mountain air while gazing at Grandfather Mountain and listening to the sounds of nature. Enjoy a short mountain getaway to relax or an extended stay and explore all the High Country has to offer.

If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Our family of 4 had a great 3 day weekend. The place was very nice and clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend. The kitchen was stocked with anything you need to be able to enjoy your stay if you want to cook meals vs going out to eat. The location was perfectly set between the ski resorts and Boone. We look forward to a visit in the summer to enjoy the summer activities in the area and sit out on the porch admiring the views. Thank you for a great stay!
