The position of the apartment in relation to the center of town. Proximity to restaurants, cafes and other amenities.
The fans in the toilet and bathroom are noisy and run longer than usual. Their noise is annoying. The hotplate is unnecessarily large. Two hotplates are enough to have at least some space for dishes. The apartment lacks a toaster as an additional kitchen utensil for preparing food.

Im WC keine Heizung im Winter kalt Im BAD ein kleiner Heizkörper der sich nach 5min wieder abschaltet somit das BAD gleich wieder auskühlt und die DUSCHE klein
