Perfect place, perfect location!

Excellent location, close to the train station to get into the city centre. The property was spotless and there were plenty of rooms to choose from. I would 100% recommend!

We stayed during a heatwave. Not a very common occurrence in the UK! A fan would have made sleeping at night easier.

Lovely Property

Loved the location. The property was close to shops, restaurants, bars and local transport. The property was spotlessly clean and lovely and warm on arrival and had every facility to accommodate our needs. There was a welcome pack of tea,coffee etc which was very welcoming.

Overall the property was very comfortable but the two seater sofa in the living room would need replaced and we were unable to use same. Also some of the single mattresses upstairs would need replaced.

The place. Was very clean. It was spacious and. The beds were comfy. The area.was quiet and nice. Really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely come back and recommend to my family and friends. In future

The main downside thing is that there wasn't a downstairs toilet. A second double bed would be mice as well. But apart from that everything was perfect 👌

Good place for a weekend reunion

Good location for a group of people from different areas. Good sized property to accommodate the group.

Nice house!

The property its self was decorated to a high standard. Each room had personality and were very comfortable. The layout of the house is very useful and allows for everyone to have their own space when needed. The utensils were all present and clean. The house it’s self was really nice. The location is good as there are shops, takeaways and routes straight into the town centre very close by. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend.

The only 2 issues we had were parking and the cleaner. Parking was very hit and miss. As it is on a street with residential homes, parking was sometimes difficult. The only other minor issue we had was when the cleaner let them selves into our house on our leaving day. She came in unannounced as we were getting ready to leave. This was well before the check out time and was very inappropriate.

The lock on one of the bathrooms is on the wrong way round. It was funny but I did also have someone walk-in on me while I was using the restroom.
