The hotel is literally adjacent to the TX Train Station Kashiwatanaka. It is very clean, with warm, helpful and friendly staff; rooms are small, as expected, which makes it a perfect place to stay if you are in the area for work or tourism. Laundromat and a big supermarket are 100m away so you don't waste time and make the best of your stay in Tokyo.
I liked everything.
