Located close to Syracuse University and just 15 minutes from Syracuse airport.
Absolutely no parties.

We loved our stay. We booked the house to use for getting ready for our wedding and to relax for a couple days after. When we checked in there was a minor bug issue outside that the owner promptly came over to take care of and it was clear for the rest of the trip. He also came to help us out when we discovered a propane tank was empty, he switched it out and had us going in no time. The house is amazing, my mother commented about wanting to buy it just to have that view out the front window overlooking the lake. If we needed a place in the area again, we would come back.

It was well kept, clean and in a great location. The owner told us exactly what to expect and where to find everything. We arrived very late and he informed us of how to enter the property and what to expect. Absolutely no problems at all.

The house has a great backyard - the one highlight of the property. The owner was very communicative while staying at the property. The hot tub was a great as long as you didn’t want to open it all of the way. We were unsuccessful at opening it so only two went in at a time. It is in a very small space That is where the positives end… the lighting is not sufficient for the home - it stays very dark in all rooms. When we got there it was very late so we waited to unpack. The next day when we unpacked we found that there were no available hangers, the owner had most of the drawers in the dresser filled with their clothes - we each had one large and one small drawer for a week long visit. The owner definitely occupies the house and it was unclear what was available for our use or not. Their lock on the front door was incredibly finicky and only my husband could get it to work, and not always forcing us to leave the house unlocked. Simultaneously, the front screen door when opening the screws came out of the door jam which has wood rotting. Upon departure we sent the owner the issues with the property and he charged us the security deposit without any receipts.
