perfect location, excellent condition and has facilities.
it is not 5 bathrooms as advertised!!! it has 1 en-suite bathroom and 2 shared bathrooms upstairs. plus a toilet downstairs. the saniflo toilet in one of the shared bathrooms which was flooded on 1st use. being accused of damaging a bathroom cabinet drawer. in reality the handle had dropped on one side
