The apartment is 35 square meters and designed for two people, but if necessary, the couch can be pulled out in the living room. The is modernly furnished with comfortable seating area, large flat screen TV and small dining area. The cozy bedroom has a double bed and is separated from the living room by a sliding door. The kitchen is integrated in the living room, it is equipped with a 4-burner electric stove, oven, fridge with small freezer, Senseo coffee machine, toaster and the usual kitchen utensils. It is a Non smoking apartment. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to the underlying restaurant kitchen. We wish that many guests will feel comfortable in our house.
Our two apartments are located directly above the oldest wine bar in Speyer, in the middle of the pedestrian zone in the center of the city. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous cafés, which invite you for a leisurely breakfast. The strolling mile from Speyer, the Maximilianstrasse, is on our doorstep. In the supermarket opposite you will find everything you need for your personal needs. The historic sights of the more than two thousand years old cathedral city are within easy walking distance. Or you use a device that has been copied many times or envied by many cities: the city shuttle. In ten-minute intervals drives from the main station through the pedestrian area on the cathedral, the Historical Museum of the Palatinate and the Museum of Technology over to Bademaxx, the indoor and outdoor pool with sauna. And the nice thing is that the ticket costs only one euro and is valid all day, no matter how often and in which direction you drive! And another highlight: the stops are virtually in front of our door.
