Great semi-detached house - modern, individually and comfortably furnished, close to the beach - just to feel good You can expect a newly opened in April 2019 semi-detached house for 6 people on 105sqm. Modern, individually and comfortably furnished, you can really enjoy yourself here in the house Wattsand! The house is located only 20 minutes walk (to the end of the jetty) from the large beach Ordinger. A bakery, a restaurant, a café and a petrol station with bike rental are all nearby. A large children's playground is just a 5-minute walk away. In the "bath", the district with many shops, restaurants and the spa and water park "Dünentherme", you can reach in no time by bike or the free local bus. Two terraces, one of which is secluded with views over the neighboring pasture and one as a large wooden deck, invite to sunbathing on loungers or to a delicious barbecue (charcoal grill available). A car parking lot is located on the property. In the coming season you will have a garden shed to lock your bikes.

Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with toilet and floor-level shower and the utility room with washing machine. The bedrooms are upstairs, one with double bed with adjustable slats (180x200cm) and TV, one with double bed (180x200m) and a children's room with two single beds (90x200cm). A bathroom with a large, floor-level shower and rain shower can also be found here. Throughout the house, underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth!
