Welcome to the Künstlerhaus within walking distance of the Ammersee.
The charming artist's estate, a former fisherman's house from the early 17th century, was redesigned in 2014 by the well-known painter and sculptor Christian Wahl. Christian Wahl restores old houses with a great deal of knowledge, style and sensitivity, giving them their original charm. Its restored buildings received the title 'House of the Year' in 1998 and 2010. In loving detail, the old fisherman's house was restored. Many treasures, raised on flea and antique markets, were renovated and found their destiny in this enchanting house. With this property, the picturesque townscape of the Alte Fischer fishing Dießen is enriched by another gem. An ambience for guests who love something special.
90sqm living space on two levels can accommodate 6 people. The house has a cozy living room, a large kitchen, two separate bedrooms, a shower, a bathroom, two toilets. In the small adjoining room, guests have access to a washing machine and a freezer. On contemporary standards such as video projector, large screen, satellite and Internet access, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. was not abandoned despite the historic appearance of the property.
The ingrown garden conveys the flair of a small Schwabing studio courtyard. It is not visible from the lane and offers room for retreat and beautiful evenings with family and friends. Away from the hustle and bustle, the gem is located in a quiet side street in Diessen, just a stone's throw from the Ammersee, the beach, the steamer dock, the boat rental and the lake facilities with artist pavilion, Kneipp facility and mini golf away. Cafés, bistros, good restaurants, beer gardens and a cinema, as well as butchers, fish shops, bakers are within easy reach in 5 minutes on foot. Wir waren im Juli mit unseren Freunden 5 Tage in dem wunderschönen Künstlerhaus.
Sauberkeit: top
Lage des Hauses: top
Liebevoll eingerichtet.
2 kleine Bäder und eine winzige Toilette, die uns überhaupt nicht gestört haben.
Die Betten im Schlafzimmer könnten für Erwachsene größer/breiter sein.
Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Haus, in dem man sich wohlfühlen kann.
Wir würden wieder kommen.

Die Küche war modern und gut ausgestattet. Der untere Wohn und Essbereich war nett eingerichtet und recht groß. Die Schlafzimmer waren leider nicht so komfortabel. Eins mit einem Doppelbett 140×180 mit durchgehender harten Matratze. Das andere mit einem Ausziehsofa bestückt. Im oberen Wohnbereich stand eine durchgesessene Couch. Die Badezimmer waren nicht wie in der Beschreibung klein gehalten sonder eher mini und wirklich nicht zeitgemäß. Die Lage des Hauses war sehr gut und die Terrasse war schön zu nutzen. Zu zweit und für eine Woche war es annehmbar aber auch nicht super schön.
