Appartements am Schlossberg

Great location and a good-sized apartment for 1 or 2 people. Overall clean and tidy

Squeaky, uncomfortable bed and lumpy pillows. Lots of limescale on the shower head meaning uneven water flow. Limescale in the toilet cistern preventing the tank from filling up, which I had to fix. No self check in or check out which is pretty inconvenient for early departures - luckily I could leave the key with my brother who lives nearby. Checkout instructions were very limited, and I found it odd that taking out the garbage was a requirement when an extra cleaning fee is charged. And no instructions on where to dispose of the rubbish. Dishwasher in the kitchen but the container for the dishwasher tablets was empty. Could hear quite a lot of noise from the other apartments - just people moving around but the poor sound insulation meant hearing every footstep. Overall, not very good value for money and next time I would prefer staying in a hotel.
