Apartment 1:
The refurbished apartment is 80 square meters. Through a hallway with wardrobe you reach the living area with a comfortable sofa bed with sleep function, as well as a 50 "LCD TV, a stereo with CD player, radio and iPod connection. The bedroom has a king size box spring bed, a spacious wardrobe and a desk with work chair. Especially nice: The original real wood floorboard could be obtained. A modern fitted kitchen with dining area leaves nothing to be desired: dishwasher, fridge freezer, ceramic hob, oven, and a Nespresso machine offer you the opportunity to provide yourself completely. It is fully equipped for 4 people. The spacious daylight bathroom is equipped with shower, bath, washbasin and WC. Bed linen, bath towels, towels and tea towels as well as cleaning products are available. In a small utility room you will find a washing machine and a dryer. The apartment has a free parking, which is located directly at the house.
Located in the center of Bad Sobernheim, just one minute from the train station, your apartment is located in a historic 3-party townhouse with a red clinker facade. In the immediate vicinity you will find all the usual shopping, as well as restaurants cafes. Also clinics, spa houses, recreational opportunities and attractions can be reached in a few minutes on foot. In a historic three-party house with a red clinker façade, we have completely renovated two apartments. In part, we were able to preserve and repair remnants of the old buildings, such as the façade, the real wood floorboard or the staircase. These conditions give the apartments a special charm.
