About this apartment rental
Our vacation rental is located in a quiet area, right on the Felsengarten Vitaltour. The Nahe Bike Path is 1.5 km away, and attractions such as Dhaun Castle, the Nahe Skywalk, St. Johannisberg Collegiate Church, or Kirn—with its historic buildings in the center—are about 6 km away.
About 200 meters away on foot is Stella’s Biergarten with its barn, where you can enjoy delicious food. Right next door is Schmidt’s butcher shop, where you can also buy bakery items and groceries. Just under 500 meters away are the Felsengarten restaurant and the An Walde pub. 1.5 kilometers from the apartment is a Netto discount supermarket—here you’ll find everything you need for daily life.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
In the summer of 2026, Friedhofstraße will be under construction right in front of the vacation rental. Unfortunately, we don’t know the exact timeframe for when the section directly in front of the vacation rental will be affected—it will likely be during the months of July and August. During this time, the vacation rental will not be directly accessible by car, and construction work will take place on weekdays. This will NOT affect the view from the apartment, as the construction site is not on the side facing the windows. Construction work will only take place right outside the front door and, therefore, also in front of the terrace. We apologize for the inconvenience; if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any time.

You can enjoy an unforgettable vacation at the “Schöne Aussicht” vacation rental in Simmertal: cozy, modern, spacious, and family-friendly. It is bright and modern, with stylish and comfortable furnishings. The apartment is located on the lower level of a new building and is brand-new.
The apartment has a small entryway with a coat rack that leads directly into the open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area. Depending on the number of guests, one or two bedrooms are available. There is a bathroom with a shower and a large, covered terrace with seating.
Info for families:
When traveling with children—especially babies—there’s a lot to keep in mind. We’re happy to help and can provide a high chair, a stroller, and a travel crib upon request. You can easily warm up baby food in the microwave. For babies and toddlers who still sleep in their parents’ bed, there’s no need to book the second bedroom, of course. The general rule for families is that the apartment can be booked even with more than two children.
On-site costs: The price includes everything: heating, electricity, cleaning, towels, and bed linens
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
