Absolutely superb to sum it up. We were there in a heatwave (4 days of 42 degrees) so Xavier brought extra fans and was always on hand to help. 9 adults. 1 teenager, 2 kids and a baby…. All were pleased with their stay! We used the air con unit from the top floor to keep the middle floor cool each night. The pool is awesome and one of the biggest we remember in a rental. 14m long so big enough for those keen to swim! The BBQ area was used a few times, disappointingly the previous guests hadn’t cleared up everywhere (cupboards) which is just frustrating as it then looks bad on the host. There is so much room in the property and everything is provided. Even if there’s something wrong, Xavier responds immediately. WiFi was great everywhere although it did drop out after we had a storm and a power cut so easily fixed. Definitely would benefit from further air con units, especially in warm weather. And be prepared (especially when hot) for flies! The games room was great and kids and adults a like used it a lot. Plenty of parking. Easy to find. 5 mins from a local supermarket or 15 mins from Lidl and a large Hypermarche. Loved the huge fridge with the auto ice maker and the 2nd fridge which was always well stocked with bubbles and beer! Amazing place! Highly recommend and highly recommend host!

We all loved our stay. The house was very spacious clean and well equipped. The games room and swimming pool kept everyone entertained. We had BBQ every night sitting at the lovely outdoor table. Our hosts were kind and attentive and we all fell in love with the dogs It was a wonderful stay and we would definitely go back.

A wonderful property that exceeded our hopes, with all of the facilities we could wish for. The host is very kind and helpful. Great value. Would highly recommend.

From the beginning the coms with Xavier were really good with him getting back to us almost immediately. Like all châteaus we have stayed in there is always someone on site. Artur was lovely giving us fresh produce from the garden and we loved the dogs. The kitchen has everything that you need for a large group. The outside is perfect for family dining, BBQ and pizzas (get advice if you haven't worked one before). The pool is really secure and was thoroughly enjoyed. We bought some extra fans as it was very hot. Le Fleix has a shop in walking distance for essentials and large supermatkets within 5k. We were 11 adults with a 2.6 year old and 6 month old. We used the games room and had a fabulous time.
