About this house rental
We welcome you to make this open, airy vacation rental your home away from home while visiting Marco Island! Beautiful water views will greet you from almost every room inside this spacious home. Recent renovations include a more open floor plan, completely new kitchen (including new appliances), new tile floors throughout the main living areas, new paint, resurfaced pool and deck area, new outdoor furniture & grill, new dock, as well as updates to both bathrooms. Impeccably maintained, this is truly a home vs just another vacation rental, as we stay here ourselves several months during the year.
We offer everything you'll need for a relaxing time on the island - a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, beach towels/toys/chairs, 3 bicycles, board games, WiFi, cable TV and so much more! Sometimes you need to remain connected to the office while away; we have provided a monitor and keyboard that you can plug your lap top into to make it a little easier.
You'll want to spend most of your time out on the lanai, where you can watch the boats go by and maybe even see a dolphin! There are comfortable outdoor seating options to either read a book in the shade, sunbathe or dine outdoors.
Located on a quiet street in the desirable south end of the island, it is just a short boat ride out to the gulf or 10,000 Islands through beautiful Robert's Bay. Our famous beaches are just down the road and there are many dining and shopping options nearby as well. Whether you like to fish, hit the beach or hang out by the pool, this home provides the opportunity to do it all. Come and see for yourselves all that Almeria Blue and Marco Island has to offer!

Our experience renting this property couldn’t have been better! The home was thoughtfully stocked with all of the items needed to make a stay away from home feel like home (fully stocked kitchen appliances & utensils, beach toys, coolers, beach towels, beach bags, bikes, pool floats, etc.). You literally just need to show up and begin your vacation. The beds were incredibly comfortable, allowing for a truly relaxing trip. Our two children rarely left the heated pool, while my husband and I enjoyed boat and dolphin watching from the back patio. We rented a golf cart, and we were easily able to get all over the island from the convenient location. The grocery store and restaurants were less than a mile away. The owner was very communicative and considerate, wanting to ensure we had everything we needed for our week long stay. We were very sad to leave this slice of paradise!

This vacation was truly magical - the perfect escape for our family. Both the kids and the adults had a fabulous time in the pool, on the dock, and in the water! Every detail was thought through and the amenities were ample, the home was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay and we cannot wait to return.
The location was ideal, quiet and peaceful, but very close to local attractions and just a short bike ride (on provided bicycles) to the beach.
Highlights for our family included multiple dolphin sightings from the backyard and a bounty of fish caught by our 7-year-old budding fisherman off the dock. We loved our stay and did not want to leave!

The recent renovations inside and out are fabulous. The new kitchen and wrap around bar are wonderful, although we spent most of our time outside sipping coffee or cocktails while enjoying the palm trees and water view, pool and back patio. We had everything we needed and couldn’t have been more comfortable for our “girl’s getaway”. There were lots of great restaurants choices nearby. Excellent communication and responsiveness from both the owner and the property management company. I would definitely rent this home again for my next trip to Marco Island.
