Small studio chalet de15m2 with private terrace and south-west facing garden located next to our chalet. This studio is new designed for 2 people and is located in a quiet residential area. It is located 400 m from the center of Les Carroz and sports activities (Aquacime, hiking ....) and 100m from a free shuttle bus stop in winter.

A wonderful peaceful alternative to an apartment for 1-2 people, this secluded mini-chalet-style studio has all the facilities you need and a lovely sun terrace with fabulous mountain views as well. Bed folds up into the wall and becomes a sofa for daytime in one easy 5-second movement. WiFi signal with a booster in place is strong and the speed is fast. There’s a powerful shower and a good sized washbasin in the bathroom. The kitchen has all types of appliances except dishwasher, traditional oven or freezer. The induction hob, microwave, and other modern appliances are good and the fridge is good quality and size. There’s plenty of cupboard room and an extra storage cupboard outside for skis and empty luggage etc.. The owners, Françoise and André, are wonderful and live in the main chalet next door. They’re they’re if you need them, and not if you don’t and are instantly available via WhatsApp. It is located in a very quiet area of the village, yet only 4 minutes’ lazy walk into the centre. Highly recommended.

Nous avons passé un super week-end. Le chalet a un très bon emplacement tranquille a proximité a pied du centre, de la piscine et proche de la télécabine pour accéder aux pistes. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Merci

Local exiguë (pas de plan fourni au depart) Chauffage et télé ne marchaient pas mais le mari de la propriétaire étant hospitalisé je n ai pas osé en parler.Wifi avec connexion. très réduite voir inexistante.. En sus séjour très pluvieux malgré la gentillesse et les soucis de la proprio Location trop onéreuse pour la surface ..
