Overall, the apartment is great. As stated above with my ‘star ratings.’
The thing i would highly recommend is getting rid of the king-size pullout couch, which takes up way too much space and is really uncomfortable and replace it with a double or queen bed. The other thing is to have a comfortable chair to sit in instead of the collapsible metal chair. After a long day of walking Paris, you need to come home and have some comfort which the place did not offer. It’s a great space! The bathroom is great. The kitchen is great. The ceiling is great. The floors are beautiful the location fantastic. Put in a bed and at least one comfortable chair and I’ll be back next year for three weeks! Comfortable, clean and well equipped. Excellent position.
Many good places to eat within 5 minutes walk.
No elevator but not a major problem as it is on the first floor.

Convenient to St Germain. Couldn’t understand washer/dryer(needs new set of directions). Bathroom needs some TLC.
Overall, great place for us - we would stay again
