2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms - Terrace & Sea View - Swimming pool

We enjoyed our stay in Guadeloupe. It is a beautiful island, the water is clean. Our primary goal was snorkeling which was excellent at the Jacques Cousteau marine reserve and a few beaches on Bass Terre but overall the reefs and corals are sadly being affected by climate change. The condo was spacious and clean although the entire condo complex seemed a little tired, but not a deal breaker. However, there are several things I wish we had known ahead of time that would have been helpful. The condo is not supplied with toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher soap, countertop cleaner, bathroom cleaner, paper towels, coffee filters, salt & pepper. Having beach towels and beach chairs would be a plus. There are no lounge chairs at the pool, we assumed this was due to the wind but it would have been nice to have something to bring down when it wasn't too windy. The city turns the water off several times a week. Make sure you shower before 9 pm or you won't be able to until 6:30 am. The day we left the water was turned off at 9 am. There is a lot of traffic, so give yourself an extra half hour to get to the airport. Most cafes and food trucks close between 3 and 5:30. We could find just 4 restaurants to have dinner at that were within walking distance. On Mondays only the beach restaurant is open. Helps to be fluent in French there is almost no English These are some things to be aware of if you plan a trip to Saint Anne. Overall we had a wonderful time it was a great holiday.

Nous avons passé 10 jours à St Anne dans cette appartement idéalement localisé. La résidence est très bien entretenue, elle est au calme jour et nuit et à proximité de tout, petits comme moyens commerces. Nous avons découvert un appartement très propre et bien très bien équipé. Aller chercher le pain à pied est très pratique, un traiteur à proximité l'est tout autant et est de très très bonne qualité. L'appartement est très bien orienté avec le soleil le matin, idéal pour les petits déjeuners matinaux. Oui la vie commence dès 5h30/6h00 du matin pour profiter pleinement. Les chambres climatisées sont appréciées ainsi que les 2 salles de bain qui représentent un gain de temps quotidien. La terrasse offre ce magnifique point de vue sur les photos. On ne s'en lasse pas d’observer la mer, les palmiers et la piscine à débordement. Le mode d’accueil convient parfaitement (en totale autonomie) et le parking privé nous permet d'être totalement sécurisé (fermé avec barrière auto) tout au long de notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse. Ces vacances en Guadeloupe ont été vivifiantes, ressourssantes, reposantes à tout point de vue. A bientôt, Géraldine & Frédéric

Appartement agréable très bien équipé avec grande terrasse vue sur mer et très bien situé proche des plages de Sainte-Anne et des commerces. Communication parfaite avec le gérant très réactif.

The apartment is modern, spotless and well equipped. There's a great infinity pool overlooking the Caribbean. The balcony overlooks both. Benoît was a very good host and the stay was fantastic. Highly recommend.
