Résidence Azur Beach

If you're looking for a convenient, modern, spotlessly clean and practical accommodation solution smack bang in the centre of Sainte-Anne, look no further. The small apartment we stayed in was practically brand new and had all the amenities one would need for a few days' stay. Small but clean and modern bathroom, spacious living room with large windows to follow the action of the busy street below. Well-equipped open kitchen. Both living room and bedroom (upstairs) have AC, which is very efficient and needed. A bit noisy in the evenings, but the bedroom faces away from the street, towards the beach, and is perfectly quiet at night. You have restaurants, groceries and the beach at literally minutes away on foot. The yummy pastries, snacks and sandwiches sold in the shop on the ground floor will make you want to skip preparing the breakfast yourself and just go downstairs. The water outages we understood are quite common on Grande-Terre, are not an issue, the building has a backup source. Free parking on the street (not at all difficult to find when we visited, late June). The owners were kind, friendly, service-oriented and very responsive via Whatsapp. They generously accommodated our late departure request.

The double bed, while modern and comfy, was relatively narrow (140 cm I think), but this was not a problem for us. The stairs to the upper floor are good to keep in mind for guests with reduced mobility.

- Nähe zum Strand (Lage) - Sauberkeit - netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter - zu Beginn haben wir eine Flasche Wasser und lokales Obst bekommen - Ausstattung der Wohnung - die Räume lassen sich vollständig abdunkeln

- teilweise war es nachts an der Straße etwas laut - Leider haben die Klimaanlagen unangenehm gerochen, vermutlich muss der Filter ausgetauscht werden

The apartment is basically new in a very good location in the center of Saint Anne, 3 minutes walk from the beautiful beach. You have basically everything around from groceries, pharmacies, restaurants to very good boulangeries as well. The apartment itself was very good and modern, equipped with everything. It even had shutters.

There isn’t really much. The only annoying thing was that sometimes there was no water(mostly during evening/night period) but this is probably a problem in the whole city and not specifically the apartment.
